Overview
The Director, Project Engineering and Supply leads the development of accurate estimates and innovative design solutions for Thermon's heating trace solutions in the Western Hemisphere region. This role ensures that proposals are competitive, technically sound, and aligned with customer requirements while maintaining profitability and compliance with Thermon standards. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing estimating, design teams, setting performance targets, creating enablement programs, and collaborating with internal teams like sales. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, data analysis, and relationship-building skills to maximize partner success and achieve revenue goals.
This role reports to the Vice President, Western Hemisphere. You will need to be able and available to work onsite no less than 3 days per week (Typically between Monday-Thursday), at our office located at 8880 Telephone Rd. Houston, TX 77061. Travel availability at least 30% of time, locations (US, Canada, Mexico).
