2K is headquartered in Novato, California and is a wholly owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO). This role will be based in Novato or Los Angeles.
We are seeking a Director, Program Management – Business Operations to own the day-to-day planning and operating rhythm for the Business Unit. This role runs the operating engine that keeps Studio, Publishing, and central 2K functions aligned – from recurring planning cycles and leadership cadences to the special projects that come up along the way.
You will operate at the intersection of Studio and Publishing, as well as centralized 2K functions (Legal, Finance, Insights, Localization, and others), and will partner directly with leadership and, where required, external partners, platform holders, or vendors. Success in this role means the BU’s planning and operating rhythm runs predictably without needing to be chased, decisions and action items are captured and tracked to closure, and the Sr. Director, Business Operations has a trusted owner for the day-to-day.
This role owns execution of the BU’s planning and operating rhythm day-to-day – including leadership forums, cross-functional planning cycles, and decision tracking – while partnering with the Sr. Director, Business Operations on the longer-range strategy those rhythms serve. You will directly manage members of the Business Operations team executing this work, and will contribute institutional knowledge back into the group, helping standardize how the BU plans and operates.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $155,600 and $230,300 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits.
