Job Summary:

In this absolutely critical role, you will lead key meetings and workshops with multidisciplinary regional teams to communicate the Professional Strategy and provide guidance to ensure it is flawlessly executed. You will provide guidance to the Marketing teams on how to adjust and implement the strategies at a local level, lead global scope projects leveraging the 4CP framework, and actively participate in global multifunctional meetings to provide the essential Marketing perspective and drive impactful decisions that shape our future.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development and Leadership of a Global Professional Products Grid, working in close synergy with the H2/3 innovation teams.
  • Lead Professional content development, collaborating with Scientific Affairs, R&D, Agency, and key Division partners.
  • Develop the professional content principles, ensuring global adherence and seamless accessibility/diffusion.
  • Provide transformative strategic guidance to the operating Divisions. Partner with the Global Finance, Insights and Analytics functions to build existing and identify new business opportunities.
  • Set objectives for the R&D function for new technology development and align with the global supply chain on critical capital expenditures, strategic sourcing decisions, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Elevate growth engines to Senior Management, proactively identifying regional initiatives that demand to scale up.
  • Provide Senior Management with visibility on the strategy and main projects that can be scaled up.
  • Identify key business challenges with global impact and boldly recommend a decisive course of action.
  • Create new Professional tools for Divisions.
  • Consolidate and update Innovation Grids across all markets to keep communication and best practices flowing throughout the organization.
  • Provide a compelling global vision and strategically help prioritize initiatives that will deliver the biggest impact on the business and optimize resources 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12+ years of working experience with marketing roles, management or entrepreneurship, or adjacent experiences with a public, major multinational company
  • Experience with innovation around regulated/drug products
  • New product innovation and business model development
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in managing within a global, matrix organization
  • Business partnership experience working with senior business leaders to influence strategy and business decision making
  • Creative thinking, problem solving skills, and a never-ending desire for learning
  • Experience leveraging AI models 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with both business and technical professionals 
  • Digital health and pharma experience
  • Consumer Goods industry experience


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $220,000.00 - $244,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
