    Your Impact

    • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market sizing, segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer research.
    • Lead go-to-market strategy for PowerPlan's AI innovation roadmap, including Intelligent Unitization, Intelligent Repairs, Intelligent Retirements, and PowerPlan IQ.
    • Build business cases and investment recommendations that keep PowerPlan ahead of regulatory and market shifts.
    • Define the “how we win” playbook, aligning product, sales, marketing, customer success, and professional services around every launch.
    • Establish the KPIs and instrumentation that turn raw data into product strategy.
    • Own key performance metrics — adoption, engagement, market share, NPS, and revenue impact — and build the reporting that keeps leadership aligned.

    What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you'll have delivered a clear strategic assessment of PowerPlan's market position and AI innovation opportunities, built deep cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and stood up the metrics framework leadership uses to track product performance.
