The Role
Fidelity Health is seeking an experienced product management professional to help define, implement, and evolve the next generation of the employee digital experience for informed decision-making in benefits enrollment.
In this role, you will be a member of the Benefits Enrollment and Intelligence Product Area with responsibility for improving the end-to-end enrollment experience that enables employees to confidently select, understand, and optimize their benefits. You will focus on modernizing the benefits enrollment journey while incorporating data-driven insights and intelligent capabilities that improve decision-making and long-term outcomes.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for crafting the product strategy and delivering high-quality digital experiences in close partnership with Technology, Design, Research, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and business partners across Fidelity Health and Workplace Investing. You will play a key role in translating customer needs and business priorities into actionable plans that deliver measurable value.

The Benefits Enrollment and Intelligence Product Area focuses on evolving the digital experiences that support employees through the critical moments of benefits enrollment and benefits decision-making. The team is responsible for delivering modern, data-informed capabilities that simplify sophisticated enrollment choices and improve customer outcomes.
You will work closely with product managers, technology teams, and colleagues across Fidelity Health and Workplace Investing. Together, you will deliver integrated, scalable solutions within a coordinated and evolving ecosystem.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
