OneStream is the mission-critical Enterprise Data Publishing Platform.  Operating at massive scale, OneStream powers data registration, ingestion, transformation, and movement capabilities for thousands of data engineers and analysts, while providing consumers with data required for real-time analytics, modeling, and decisioning that is inherently trusted, well-governed, and cost-optimized.

About the Role:

You will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for core OneStream platform capabilities across Capital One into the next era, building an ecosystem that enables speed, adds delight, and creates value for our users.  You will manage a high performing product team, as you define and build modern self-service capabilities, automation, and agentic capabilities to meet our vision.  

You will partner closely with the tech, design, risk, and other horizontal partners to create a modern data ecosystem to support innovation and business across all corners of the company.

• Define the long term vision and strategy for the enterprise OneStream (Data Pipeline platform) product portfolio across Capital One 
• Champion the execution of next generation product features utilizing a strong foundation in product management and data platforms
• Inspire and coach a high performing team of product managers
• Influence customers within all major lines of business and within partner teams including tech, architecture, design, analytics, and risk management

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience 
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• Experience within a large, data-intensive multi-line of business environment with significant complexity and scale 
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership
• 5+ years of experience in innovative technology environments 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives and technical engineering partners.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management

McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
