About the Team

Joining Experiences is the product team supporting Talent Acquisition across Capital Ones end-to-end hiring journey. The Joining Product builds for a wide range of users: recruiters, recruiting coordinators, interviewers, hiring managers, and candidates. Our mandate, in partnership with the TA organization, is to continuously raise the bar on hiring quality, streamline cycle time, and deliver consumer-grade experiences. 

This product leadership role will drive strategic thinking on Selection Experiences - encompassing key steps in the hiring process including assessments, screening, and interviews. You will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for defining and delivering the future of Selection experiences. Success in the role will require building close strategic and operating relationships with a broad set of partners and stakeholders. The role requires a leader who can bring both technical skills and deep customer focus. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management

New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
