About the Team

This is a high impact, individual contributor role that will focus on delivering our next gen platform, working closely with partners across product, technology, design, data science, and the business to drive transformative change.  As a Product Leader, youll be at the heart of leading and driving change through rapid, iterative development cycles that accelerate learning and value delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
