We are seeking an exceptional Director - Product Management to lead the strategic vision and execution of our enterprise file system product portfolio. This leader will own the entire product strategy-from market positioning and roadmap direction to P&L accountability-for cutting-edge storage technologies serving Fortune 500 enterprises, mid-market innovators, and transforming SMBs globally.
Reporting to the Sr. Director - Product Management, this leader is responsible for defining and driving market positioning, roadmap execution, competitive differentiation, and revenue targets across all deployment models (on-premises, edge, cloud) while leading a world-class product team.

Develop deep customer insight through direct engagement with key accounts, advisory boards, and user communities
Drive customer-centric initiatives including:
Voice of Customer (VoC) programs that identify evolving needs and drive retention
Win-loss analysis and competitive positioning
Thought leadership and industry engagement on enterprise storage trends
Advisory board management and customer success partnerships
Segment-specific positioning and engagement strategies
Establish measurable success metrics tied to customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion revenue
Continuously improve product strategy and execution based on customer feedback and market dynamics
