About the Team
The Customer Identity and Core team (CIC) is part of Capital One’s Enterprise Product and Experience organization. The CIC team is responsible for managing the enterprise system of record for over 100 million customers, including consumers, businesses and devices, enabling access to the company’s customer experiences, providing customer and business intelligence, and protecting critical customer account information at the highest level of security.
The products built by our team are foundational for creating seamless customer experiences, keeping customer financial well-being safe and secure, and unlocking business growth by providing a full picture of each unique human Capital One serves. We are building a platform to connect all human, business and device data in real time to support the entire customer journey for Capital One. We play a critical role in developing improved marketing experiences, intelligent underwriting insights, and smooth mobile experiences that are tailored to the individual needs of our diverse and growing customer base.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
