Qualifications
Education
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
Completion of a 1-year Pharmacy Residency Program (PGY1) may be substituted for 3 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in an acute care facility
Experience
3 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in an acute care facility required
5 years of experience in a leadership role in service/program area required
Proven experience in leading continuous improvement required
Training in Infectious Diseases/Infection Control and Prevention required
Licenses and Certifications
RPH - Registered Pharmacist with valid State of California Pharmacist License required
CBIC-CIC - Certified Infection Control required within 3 years of hire or transfer into position
