As Director Patient Safety - Infection Prevention, you're committed to the positive retention and engagement of your team members. You recognize effective communication as a top priority. Qualifications
Education• Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing or another licensed clinical healthcare discipline required.
Experience• Five (5) years of progressively responsible clinical experience in an acute care healthcare setting required.•Five (5) years of leadership experience in patient safety, infection prevention, quality, risk management, or a closely relatedclinical discipline required.
Licenses and CertificationsRN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required. Candidates with anunrestricted California license in another applicable clinical profession (e.g., Registered Pharmacist or other licensedhealthcare professional) may be considered when they possess exceptional qualifications in patient safety, infectionprevention, and healthcare quality leadership.• Certified in Infection Control (CIC) required within three (3) years of hire or transfer into the position.
