About the role
We are looking for a Director of Patient Care (RN) to lead nursing and patient care services at our Baltimore facility. You will ensure the highest standards of care, staff development and operational efficiency.

- Lead and manage patient care operations
- Oversee nursing staff, scheduling and performance
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement care protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and administrators

What we're looking for
Essential
- Active RN licence
- 8+ years of nursing experience, including leadership
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations
- Proven team management skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Baltimore
Nice to have
- MSN or MHA
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings
