A Day in the Life:
Leading Development Strategically
Act as the Strategic Lead for product development, connecting innovation teams (LRP US DMI Hub and R&I) with Global Operations.
Shape and vet product plans for La Roche-Posay US, offering operational foresight to define the technical path for high-impact launches and core-catalogue localizations.
Lead feasibility studies for localized production and/or interplant transfers between EU and US, balancing speed-to-market with technical excellence and sustainability.
Integrate color & artwork activities to ensure operational and workflow efficiency.
Transformational Operational Leadership & Influence
Directly lead and coach the development team, fostering ambition, professional maturity, and an environment where direct reports optimize workflows and challenge conventional production methodologies.
Influence and engage senior stakeholders with executive leadership presence and a solution-minded approach to complex global challenges.
Coordinate with EU operational partners to ensure brand integrity and launch excellence for high-complexity products under worldwide governance.
Provide strategic thought leadership by anticipating future operational trends and addressing short-term crises with organized, influential communication.
