Job Summary
Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a DIRECTOR of OPERATIONS on our food service team at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. As the DIR OPS, you will help lead the food service operation and financial success for this high volume, multi-unit dining account, overseeing residential, retail dining and catering. You will provide planning and direction within your account to achieve operational and financial goals in a dynamic environment. You will also maintain strong client relationships and work to fulfill our mission to provide excellent service to our students and customers.
