Job Summary:Southern Industrial Constructors Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Training to work out of our Raleigh, NC office.
The Training Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s training and workforce development strategy to ensure employees possess the skills, knowledge, and certifications required to safely and effectively perform their jobs. This position oversees training programs across multiple offices and project sites. The Training Director partners closely with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, and Leadership to identify skill gaps, develop career pathways, support succession planning initiatives, and strengthen the company's workforce through continuous learning and development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Conditions include working in office, with frequent entry into shops, jobsites, busy traffic areas, and warehouses. Occasional exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property. Must be able to effectively use any required PPE equipment. Jobsite visits are a must.
