This role is responsible for elevating F&I performance, strengthening compliance, improving product penetration, and building consistent, scalable results through best-in-class training and coaching.

This is a high-impact, field-facing role for a proven F&I leader who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and creating measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and develop F&I managers and sales teams in both classroom and in-dealership environments

• Drive measurable improvement in PVR, product penetration, compliance, and overall F&I performance

• Implement and reinforce best-in-class F&I sales processes, presentation skills, and menu selling strategies

• Coach individuals and teams through observation, deal reviews, and in-store performance workshops

• Partner with dealer leadership, regional teams, and corporate stakeholders to standardize performance and execution

• Identify performance gaps and create targeted training and development plans

• Support the rollout of new products, processes, and initiatives

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and ethical selling practices

• Represent the company professionally within dealer groups and at industry events

• Travel approximately 50 to 70 percent

Qualifications

• 5 plus years of experience in automotive F&I, with a strong background in training, performance, or multi-store leadership

• Proven track record of building high-performing F&I teams and driving measurable results

• Deep knowledge of F&I products, menu selling, compliance, and dealership operations

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills

• Ability to influence, motivate, and develop professionals at all levels

• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a field-based role

• Professional presence and strong communication skills

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively

Preferred Background

• Former or current F&I Director, Regional F&I Manager, Performance Manager, or Senior F&I Trainer

• Experience working with dealer groups, large dealer networks, or automotive brands

• Experience leading change, process improvement, and performance transformation initiatives

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to make a real impact by shaping performance, developing people, and helping dealers achieve consistent, compliant, high-level results at scale.
