The Director of Talent and Training leads all recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to ensure every Team Member at Chick-fil-A Leominster is fully equipped to perform with excellence and embody our culture of care. All restaurant directors are expected to support operations as needed.
This leader is responsible for building and sustaining systems that protect our culture, and drive the operational performance necessary to deliver remarkable guest experiences. This leader ensures each team member is trained, certified, and supported throughout their Chick-fil-A journey, creating a workplace where growth and care go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain alignment with Operator and leadership team through consistent communication and participation in leadership meetings and goals
- Champion culture of care and growth that reflects our Mission and Values
- Lead by example
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve all training systems
- Manage restaurants talent pipeline including team member recruitment, onboarding, training, and leadership development
- Oversee training and onboarding of new hires
- Assist with team member administrative tasks and documentation
- Support in operations as needed during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Available to work weekends as needed (Friday/Saturday)
- Model excellence, emotional intelligence, and care in all guest and team interactions
- Able to demonstrate high level of leadership and business acumen
- Able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience in leading teams, administrative tasks, or talent management is preferred.
