    Director of Survey

    Location: Arizona
    Industry: Civil Engineering / Land Surveying
    Licensure Required: RLS or PLS (Arizona)

    We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Director of Survey with strong leadership capabilities and a client-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be energetic, collaborative, and driven to lead a growing team of professionals in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead business development efforts and foster client relationships

    • Ensure client satisfaction and manage P&L for the Survey division

    • Act as a seller-doer: pursuing projects and overseeing their successful delivery

    • Mentor and develop team members to support professional growth and performance

    • Provide technical leadership and project oversight

    • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

    • Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 15 years of experience in land surveying, preferably within Arizona

    • Registered/Professional Land Surveyor (RLS or PLS) in the State of Arizona

    • Strong reputation and familiarity with the civil engineering industry

    • Proven track record in business development and contract negotiation

    • Demonstrated ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate technical work

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
