We’re hiring a Director of Surgical Services who wants executive-level impact, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to lead a large, complex surgical program.

You’ll step into an acute-care leadership role overseeing 12 ORs and approximately 120 team members across multiple perioperative departments. You’ll drive clinical quality, patient experience, staffing, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and service-line growth while partnering closely with hospital leadership and physicians.

• You have 2+ years of recent acute-care Director of Surgical Services experience
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Master’s Degree preferred

• You value accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered leadership

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $135,907–$176,675
