Manager the general ledger and cost accounting of our global integration centers
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis
Ensure accurate calculation and monitoring of standard and actual costs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including the annual rolling of standard costs
Collaborate with Engineering and Production to maintain accurate BOMs and routings and to support new product introductions
Standardize general ledger and cost accounting procedures throughout our network
Find opportunities for margin improvement via cost optimization, waste reduction, and process improvements
Partner with technical accounting and finance teams to address complex accounting matters and ensure accurate financial reporting
Support the development and improvement of accounting processes, reporting standards, and internal controls
Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and financial governance requirements
Coordinate annual external audits and serve as the primary contact for auditors
Lead and guide the supply chain accounting team, consisting of 4 direct reports
Serve as a strategic advisor to finance and manufacturing leadership on cost, manufacturing efficiency, and inventory optimization
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
10+ years of experience of progressive accounting experience
5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams
Strong understanding of ERPs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to successfully implement process improvements and digital tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
