Position Overview
A growing company supplying remodeling and reconstruction products to the hospitality industry is seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to work directly with the owner and drive the company's next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the owner to develop and execute the company's growth strategy.

• Recruit and lead a sales leader, build the sales team, and establish sales goals and accountability.

• Oversee and grow the purchasing department.

• Expand the vendor network, strengthen supplier relationships, and negotiate better pricing and terms.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

• Develop processes and reporting systems to improve efficiency and support continued growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic operations, business growth, or a similar leadership role.

• Experience building and managing sales teams.

• Strong purchasing, sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation skills.

• Background in building products, construction supply, hospitality supply, or a related B2B industry preferred.

• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and execution skills.

• Self-motivated, decisive, and comfortable working directly with ownership in a growing business.
