Director of Strategic Finance

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Director of Strategic Finance for a full-time direct hire position. The Director of Strategic Finance will provide financial leadership by partnering with executive leadership and brand leaders to enhance business performance across growth brands. They will lead financial planning and analysis, develop financial models, conduct market research, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, overseeing budgeting, long-term planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and executive performance analysis.
• Develop complex financial models and business cases to support mergers and acquisitions, market expansion, and strategic investments.
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide executive-level recommendations.
• Collaborate with Brand Operations, Accounting, and other departments to improve financial performance and drive data-driven decisions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Expertise in financial modeling with experience supporting executive decision-making in high-growth organizations.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex information into strategic insights.
