    What You'll Do

    • Plan and coordinate nursing orientation and onboarding programs
    • Provide job skills training and ongoing staff education
    • Lead and facilitate in-service education programs
    • Support nursing assistant training and certification programs
    • Monitor training compliance and educational requirements
    • Partner with leadership to promote quality care and staff development

    What You'll Need

    • Current RN license in good standing
    • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
    • Experience developing, implementing, or coordinating staff education programs
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
    • Ability to pass employment screenings

    In addition, candidates must meet one of the following:

    • One year of direct resident care experience in a long-term care setting plus one year of experience planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing education programs; or
    • Two years of licensed nursing experience, including at least one year providing direct resident care in a nursing facility, with the ability to complete required staff development education requirements
