Qualifications

10+ years of experience in service management within industrial equipment, water systems, or manufacturing.
Proficiency with water pump systems, electric motors, drives, and control systems.
Strong background in electrical and mechanical system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Experience managing technical support teams, field service, and customer service operations.
Knowledge of parts management, procurement, and web-based parts ordering systems (e.g., PARR).
Experience supporting product installation, start-up, and troubleshooting across diverse product lines.
Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance relevant to water systems.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the support operations for Watertronics products, ensuring quick response times and high service quality.
Lead and develop the team of technical support technicians, service coordinators, and support specialists.
Manage product delivery schedules, resolve shipment and installation issues, and support troubleshooting for field technicians.
