Director of Service- HVAC

Qualifications for the Director of Service:

• 4+ years of Commercial HVAC service leadership experience
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must have strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must 
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in contract negotiation
• Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
