What You’ll Do:

As a Director of Security, you are the face of Unitus Security at your assigned property. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership & Team Building: Create a positive, professional, and accountable work culture by building camaraderie and trust with your team and stakeholders.
• Client Support: Work closely with property management to ensure all security needs are met with excellence.
• Scheduling & Staffing: Oversee team schedules, ensure coverage, and work with recruiters to bring in new officers as needed.
• Administrative Duties: Manage payroll reports, meetings, and operational tasks (Excel & Word proficiency is helpful).
• Site Security & Compliance: Ensure a high standard of conduct, enforce dress codes, and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Strategic Planning: Identify coverage gaps, handle unexpected events, and take ownership of your role to make it your own.

What We’re Looking For:

 Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
 Hospitality or Customer Service Experience (Required)
 Valid Driver’s License (Required)
 State Required Security Certification (Preferred)
 Ability to Pass a Drug Screen & Background Check (Required)
 Clean Driving Record – Last 3 Years (Required)

Work Schedule & Location:

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling needs
• Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities
• On-site role at a premier property location
