Job Details

The Role

  • Comprehensive Oversight: Direct the Departments of Security, Communication, and Patient Transportation on a 24-hour basis.
  • Safety Management: Design, plan, and monitor the Safety Management Program in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
  • Administrative Leadership: Analyze service effectiveness, conduct performance reviews, and empower staff to act independently and pursue growth.
  • Regulatory Excellence: Ensure compliance with all DOH, JCAHO, OSHA, and NYS guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in supervision, security, safety, and telecommunications. Law enforcement experience preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory rules; ability to manage staffing patterns and budgets.
  • Clean NYS driver's license

Salary Range

USD $130,000.00 - USD $165,000.00 /Yr.
