Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary educational leader to direct a comprehensive K12 school counseling department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to data-informed decision-making, collaborative leadership, and student-centered support to ensure all students are prepared for success in college, career, and life.

Required Certifications

  • Director of School Counseling Services and/or Principal Certification

Key Responsibilities & Areas of Focus

  • College & Career Readiness: Lead comprehensive postsecondary planning, including the college admissions process, application support, financial aid and FAFSA education, and postsecondary outcome tracking.
  • Assessment Management: Serve as the District Testing Coordinator for state and national assessment programs.
  • Master Scheduling: Oversee and manage the high school master scheduling process.
  • Student Support Systems: Drive the implementation and alignment of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
  • Mental Health & Well-Being: Support district-wide student mental health initiatives and promote holistic student wellness.

Compensation: $120K - $155K
