POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Director of Sales is responsible for driving topline revenue growth across all group market segments through strategic leadership, proactive sales execution, and effective team management. This role oversees revenue generation from guestroom blocks, banquet functions, golf, spa, and other ancillary services, with a clear focus on profitability and market share growth. The Director of Sales will collaborate closely with the DOSM and DORM to deploy effective yield strategies, contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting, and ensure team performance aligns with established revenue goals. This leader plays a key role in shaping group marketing initiatives, promotional offers, and overall sales strategy to elevate the property's positioning and deliver an exceptional client experience
