Director of Sales
We’re looking for an active customer-focused team player with exceptional sales skills to be the next sales director who can handle multiple hotels in the Princeton area. You’ll be in charge of developing a sales and marketing plan that includes soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets via outside sales calls, on-site visits, and community networking. Director of Sales Responsibilities
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
- Need someone who can handle multiple hotels Sales and revenue management
- Technologically sound, create work list and give higher management update about the work.
- Proactive give us good idea on how we can improve our sales and bring in more business.
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major group and catering clients
- Conduct yourself as a professional representative of the hotels at various industry trade shows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan
- Must be local to the Princeton West Virginia area
