About Your Business Area/Department:

This candidate will work with our Northeast Region, Americas – Hospitality team. Candidates work alongside members of their regional team, led by Vice President. Commercial Sales Team consists of Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Sales Support members strategically helping the Sales professional.

Summary of the role:

Responsible for growing the full Amadeus Hospitality solutions portfolio with both existing and prospective hotel partners in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Own the full customer relationship from first deal to long-term growth. Be the primary face of Amadeus for new customers.

In this role you’ll:

• Develop strategic relationships throughout customer organizations.
• Expand penetration within the territory and acquire new customers across the Amadeus Hospitality portfolio.
• Deliver annual new business and renewal/retention targets.
• Develop strategic account plans covering both new account acquisition and expansion of existing partnerships.
• Generate opportunities through consultative selling and relationships, including at the C-suite level.
• Lead sales campaigns and follow-up activity.
• Partner with Product Specialists through opportunity identification, proposals, pricing, ne-gotiation and closing.
• Execute corporate product-endorsement initiatives locally.
• Maintain strong internal relationships with Amadeus stakeholders and engage appropri-ate resources for customers.
• Maintain sufficient new-business pipeline to achieve KPIs and sales goals.
• Partner with Customer Success Management on satisfaction and retention while owning the overall renewal process.
• Represent Amadeus within the regional hospitality market through industry organizations and speaking opportunities.

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in technology, marketing, hospitality or BI sales.
• 10+ years of sales or sales-leadership experience, preferably within hospitality.
• Bring strong commercial judgment, credibility, and leadership in complex customer situations.
• Ability to influence senior executives.
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities.
• Track record of exceeding sales expectations and fostering collaboration.
• High energy and passion.
• Salesforce or comparable CRM competency.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and ability to build credibility with prospects, customers, colleagues and team members.
• Amadeus solutions and/or technology-sales experience preferred.
• An established hospitality-industry network is strongly preferred.
