We’re looking for a results-driven Director of Sales - Mechanical & Electrical Services to lead our commercial HVAC sales team. You’ll oversee both service contract sales and retrofit/changeout projects, driving revenue, coaching a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with building owners and facility managers.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary, plus a performance-based bonus. You will also receive a monthly vehicle allowance and a gas card for business-related expenses.
What You'll Do:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of commercial HVAC sales professionals
Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals across service and retrofit projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify new market opportunities
Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and project delivery
Review proposals and contracts to maintain quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
Provide mentorship and coaching to your team, fostering growth and accountability
What We're Looking For:
5+ years commercial HVAC or mechanical service/project sales experience
3+ years sales leadership or management experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills
Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
