About the Role
Lead mentor and manage a team of sales managers and account executives. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across key markets. Establish scalable sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems. Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, pipeline, and go-to-market initiatives. Drive enterprise and mid-market sales, including negotiation of contracts and complex deals. Analyze sales performance data to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and optimize team performance. Serve as a key contributor to the leadership team, helping define business priorities and revenue goals.
About You
7 years of experience in sales leadership or senior account management roles. Proven success managing high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS. Experience with enterprise sales, long sales cycles, and complex deal structures. Excellent coaching, mentorship, and people-management skills. Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales metrics and forecasting. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bonus Skills
Experience scaling sales teams in early- or mid-stage tech companies. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Knowledge of channel partnerships or indirect sales models. Experience leading multi-region or international sales teams.
