Job Summary/Description:
This Director of Sales role leads multiplatform revenue growth across broadcast, digital, streaming, CTV/OTT, and programmatic advertising for Gray Media in Shreveport, LA. The position requires a modern media sales leader with strong digital fluency, GTM strategy, pipeline forecasting, team coaching, key account development, and executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
