Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic relationships across the North American data center and AI infrastructure market. This individual will partner closely with hyperscalers, colocation providers, developers, EPC firms, utilities, and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities, influence project strategy, and position ON.energy's solutions on some of the industry's largest and most complex infrastructure projects.
This is a highly consultative enterprise sales role requiring the ability to navigate complex organizations, engage executive decision-makers, and manage long-cycle opportunities from early specification through commercial execution. The ideal candidate combines technical curiosity with strong commercial acumen, thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and is passionate about helping customers solve complex energy challenges that power the next generation of digital infrastructure.
Location is flexible within North America. The role will require significant travel to customer, partner, and project sites across the United States.
