Overview:
Baldor Specialty Foods is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales to lead the continued growth and evolution in one of our fastest growing geographies. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives significant growth, strengthens customer relationships, increases market penetration, and enhances customer experience across all segments.
As Baldor continues to grow as a leading food distribution partner across produce, protein, dairy, pantry, specialty foods, and value-added solutions, the Director will play a critical role in aligning the sales team with market opportunities, deepening customer partnerships, and leading scalable sales initiatives. Building upon Baldor's strong sales culture, this leader will develop talent, drive accountability, and foster a high-performance environment focused on customer success and profitable growth.
