Director of Sales and Marketing

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Director of Sales & Marketing to lead census growth, community outreach, and strategic marketing initiatives in Central Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
• Track leads, tours, conversions, and other key metrics
• Develop outreach, events, advertising, and marketing initiatives
• Coach and develop sales team members
• Identify opportunities to increase market visibility and census
• Represent the community throughout the local market

Qualifications:

• Proven sales and marketing leadership experience
• Senior living experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success achieving census, occupancy, or revenue goals
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
• Results-driven and strategic mindset
