An established international logistics organization is expanding its U.S. operations and seeking an experienced Director of Sales to help build and lead its domestic sales team.

This is a unique opportunity to join during a major growth phase and help shape the future of a financially strong, ethics-driven company with significant resources already in place.

What You'll Do
  • Drive new business development and revenue growth.
  • Build and manage shipper relationships throughout the U.S.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a growing team of sales representatives.
  • Develop sales strategies, processes, and training programs.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Help build and scale a high-performing sales organization.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of freight brokerage or 3PL sales experience.
  • Proven success generating new business and growing revenue.
  • Experience leading, training, mentoring, or managing sales professionals.
  • Existing industry relationships and book of business preferred.
  • Strong understanding of domestic transportation and freight brokerage operations.
