Director of Safety & Risk, Light Industrial Staffing - Fresno, CA

Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement risk management strategies for an Industrial staffing environment  
• Lead the process improvement initiatives and identify reporting trends  
• Conduct safety walkthroughs, assess risks, and educate internal staff on OSHA and safety laws  
• Partner with clients, walk the facility floors, and prevent potential risks through proactive measures  

Requirements: 

• Extensive experience in risk management in industries such as Manufacturing, 3PL, Staffing, Security Services, etc. 
• Strong knowledge of state and federal safety OSHA regulations.
• Meticulous, personable, and action-oriented individual.  
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and profitability through risk management.

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience in self-insured environments
