Responsibilities:
  • Set the strategic vision and annual roadmap for all safety programs across multiple branches and jobsites
  • Conduct regular field audits, root-cause investigations and risk assessments; track metrics and drive corrective actions
  • Develop and deliver practical training, toolbox talks and coaching that resonate with craft professionals and leaders alike
  • Partner with project managers, account managers and fleet/HR teams to integrate safety into bids, schedules and performance reviews
  • Report results and recommendations to executive leadership; hold managers accountable for safety KPIs
  • Lead continuous-improvement initiatives that reduce incident rates and workers’ comp costs year over year

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years progressive safety leadership in landscape construction, commercial construction, heavy civil, utilities or similar field environment
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish highly preferred
  • Expert knowledge of OSHA construction standards; proven record of multi-site program management
  • Hands-on experience with site inspections, audits, incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective-action planning
  • Ability to translate data into practical field solutions and influence at all organizational levels
  • Preferred: CSP, CHST, OSHA 30-Hour or OSHA 510, First Aid/CPR/AED
