The Director of Risk Management will oversee healthcare risk management activities, helping promote patient safety, reduce organizational risk, and support compliance with applicable healthcare standards and policies.
The ideal candidate will have a nursing background, an active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license, and demonstrated experience in both nursing leadership and risk management. This role requires a minimum of five years of nursing experience, including at least three years in a Director or Manager position.
Required Qualifications
Education and Licensure- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Valid New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience.
- At least three years of experience in a Director or Manager role.
- Previous Risk Management experience is required.
