Position: Director of Revenue Systems & Architecture
The Director of Revenue Systems & Architecture is the technical architect and builder of Interplay Learning''s revenue systems (sales, customer success, marketing). This role owns the design, development, and lifecycle of the Salesforce ecosystem and adjacent GTM platforms, the underlying data architecture that powers reporting and automation, and the adoption of AI tools that make the revenue engine faster and more self-sufficient. Reporting to the CFO, this leader is the hands-on technical owner who turns business requirements into scalable, well-engineered systems. In this role you will manage a small team.
This is a builder-and-operator role first: strong candidates will spend the majority of their time in systems architecture, configuration, integration, and data modeling. Broader RevOps competencies - sales/CS process design, executive-level business partnership, and cross-functional strategy - remain valuable and will still come up day to day, but they are secondary to technical depth and are treated as a strong plus rather than a core requirement.
This is a fully remote position. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Austin, TX area or within a reasonable driving distance for occasional in-person meetings.
