Drive forecasting discipline: review weekly/monthly forecasts, validate assumptions, and improve accuracy and consistency across properties

Review STR and market intelligence to assess comp set positioning and recommend portfolio-level focus areas

Support annual rooms revenue budgeting and business planning processes with clear assumptions and documentation

Build strong relationships with ownership/asset stakeholders as needed by providing clear, confident revenue narratives and performance explanations

Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

    Experience, skills, and systems

5+ years of hotel revenue management / revenue strategy experience (multi-property strongly preferred)
