Job Overview:
FOCUSPOINT is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a healthcare finance leader with expertise in revenue cycle operations, reimbursement strategies, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee revenue cycle functions, including billing, collections, and coding
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize reimbursement
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer policies
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for revenue improvement
- Manage relationships with insurance providers and external vendors
- Lead and develop revenue cycle teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of medical billing systems and payer regulations
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other healthcare revenue cycle systems preferred
