The Full-time Director of Sales - Foodservice role leads national growth across institutional, distribution, and enterprise channels.
Responsibilities include developing and executing long-term sales strategies, expanding enterprise accounts, and managing key customer relationships and negotiations.
Leading, mentoring, and establishing KPIs for the sales team, the director guides go-to-market product launches, positioning, and promotional strategies.
They build and manage broker/distributor networks, optimize route-to-market strategies, and oversee forecasting, CRM, revenue, and margin metrics.
Travel up to 50% is required.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's (MBA preferred), 8-12+ years of foodservice or CPG sales experience, strategic selling skills, distribution knowledge, product launch success, and proficiency in CRM and analytics. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
