Description

Lead the Engine of Our Restoration Business

Step into a senior leadership role directing the full lifecycle of restoration services—water, fire, mold, and environmental projects—while elevating safety, quality, and profitability. You’ll own day-to-day field execution, optimize systems, guide high-performing teams, and partner with ownership on long-range growth. Your deep restoration expertise, mastery of Xactimate, and strong industry network (ideally a book of business) will accelerate results from the first week.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

  • Guide field operations across mitigation and remediation projects, ensuring precision, speed, and adherence to IICRC standards and company SOPs.
  • Own project financials—approve and refine estimates, track budgets and margins, and drive profitable outcomes from kickoff through closeout.
  • Resolve escalations with adjusters, clients, and subcontractors; run QA/QC on complex or high‑risk scopes.
  • Champion environmental compliance (a signature differentiator): asbestos/lead protocols, IAQ, hazardous waste handling, containment, PPE, and safety training.
  • Mentor project managers, coordinators, and technicians; design certification pathways and technical training.
  • Manage scheduling, dispatch, resource allocation, and job flow to remove bottlenecks and increase throughput.
  • Collaborate directly with ownership on strategy, staffing plans, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

What You’ll Drive

  • Operational leadership across mitigation, remediation, and environmental services
  • Estimate excellence in Xactimate (reviewing Level 1–3 caliber work), scoping accuracy, and pricing discipline
  • QA/QC rigor on technically challenging jobs
  • Safety programs, PPE compliance, and hazard‑specific training
  • Client, adjuster, and partner relationships that expand revenue—ideally leveraging your book of business
  • Continuous improvement initiatives that sharpen systems and outcomes

Qualifications

  • 7+ years restoration industry experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Multiple IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, OCT, CCT, etc.)
  • Strong Xactimate experience; Xactimate Level 1–3 certification preferred
  • Proven track record managing profitable jobs and optimizing margins
  • Experience overseeing complex or multi‑market restoration operations
  • Deep knowledge of insurance workflows, adjuster communication, and documentation best practices
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background and drug screening.
