    Job Description:

    Tide is hiring a Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy to oversee non-ventilator respiratory programs across our SNF network. Lead clinical quality, compliance, and staff development for respiratory services region-wide. RT licensure and multi-site leadership experience preferred, but not required. Compensation based one experience!

    Skills, Education and Experience

    • Minimum one (1) year experience working with adults in a long term care setting
    • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Licensure: Current and active state Respiratory Therapist license.
    • Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures, equipment, and infection control practices.
    • Ability to perform detailed assessments and respond appropriately in urgent situations.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable to the skilled nursing environment.
