We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff!What you will do:Provide professional clinical servicesCarry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administrationDemonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapyCollaborate with other members of the Interdisciplinary treatment teamsLiaison with patients, families, support departments, etc. to adequately plan for patient needsMust have:Must have valid Washington PT/OT/SLP license that is in good standingPrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility preferredSpecialize in content areas such as hand specialty ergonomics, blind/visual rehabilitation assistance technology, functional capacity examination, polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, home based primary care, etc.Must have functional knowledge of payer reimbursementMust have functional knowledge of labor management and strategiesMust have functional knowledge of supply budgetsMust be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e mailMust exercise good body mechanics at all timesMust possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actionMust be knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facilityMust have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the departmentCaldera Cares for you!Competitive pay scaleFull benefits package - Medical, Dental, and Vision401k Life and Disability InsurancePaid Time offGrow with Caldera Clinical ScholarshipsContinued EducationLeadership trainingPay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Puget Sound Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
