What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Director of Rehab Services develops and supervises the therapeutic activity program with the goal of meeting the individualized recovery needs of members served. Responsible for supervising the Rehabilitation team and participates as a member of clinical management team. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.

Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm
Expected starting wage range is $69,743.42 - $86,087.80.
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Located on the Wellness Village Campus, the Telecare Wellness Village Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) operates 24/7 and serves 50 individuals who are Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) or otherwise court-ordered to this level of care. The program provides up to 50 residential beds for both male and female clients. It primarily serves IST consumers referred by the Superior Court, Riverside Sheriffs Office (RSO), or Riverside University Health System-Behavioral Health (RUHS-BH). The facility also supports individuals requiring residential services through Laura's Law/AOT and other RUHS-BH and Superior Court diversion programs.
