We are seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. This role is suited for a licensed clinician ready to oversee operations, guide staff, and support high-quality resident outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day workflow of the rehab department
- Provide guidance and support to therapy staff
- Coordinate treatment programming and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with nursing and facility leadership on care planning
- Review performance metrics and adjust processes as needed
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license required
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Leadership or supervisory background preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
